(3 1/2 cups) of pasta of your favourite type (penne rigate, farfalle, rigatoni, sedani, etc.) - 1 kg. of fresh spinach (7 cups) - 150 gr. of fresh provola cheese (2/3 cup) - Milk to taste - Salt to taste - Pepper to taste For the Béchamel: - 30 gr. of flour (4 tbsp) - 30 gr. of butter (7 tsp) - 500 ml. of milk (17 fl. oz.) - 1 pinch of nutmeg - 50 gr. of grated parmesan cheese (1/4 cup) - Salt to taste - Pepper to taste To complete: - Grated parmesan cheese to taste - Butter flakes to taste
