Day of the Dead in Peru!
Tue, 2 Nov 7:30 PM - Peru
In various parts of my Country, different practices are developed around celebration days that come both from pre-Hispanic times and from the customs that
later developed with the arrival of the Spanish and are manifested in food, drink, music and others.
In many cities in the mountains, cemeteries are visited, cleaning the niches and painting them to take good care of their family member. Likewise, special bread known as guaguas is prepared, which are made in the shape of children, horses and stars. These loaves are usually baptized with the presence of a priest.
Come and join me to see this special day for Peruvian People in the Andes!!!
