International Chefs Day - Homemade Pasta and Bolognese Sauce

In celebration of International Chefs Day, Micky & Adry will treat you to their most requested culinary tour! With their fun, interactive and informative tour style, Micky and Adry will teach you how to make pasta from scratch and dress it with a homemade bolognese sauce! A typical Italian dish tutorial, seasoned with curious stories about Italy's cooking traditions and tricks only certified Italians can offer! Attention: some of the making phases of this tour will be shown prepared in advanced due to the resting time of the dough and the long cooking times of the sauce. For the process make sure to join the tour on time since each step will be explained live! And if you wish to cook live with us equip yourself with: INGREDIENTS (for 2 people) Be ready with: - A rolling pin or Pasta Machine (Micky and Adry will teach you both techniques) - A wooden board - And of course... much love! For the pasta dough: (consider about 20 minutes resting time for the dough) - 200 gr. all-purpose flour (1 1/4 US cups) - 2 whole eggs - A pinch of salt For the Bolognese Sauce/Ragù: (consider at least 2 hours cooking time for the sauce) - 250/300 gr. of mixed ground (pork and beef - 2 US cups) - 300 gr. (half bottle) of tomato puree (1 1/4 US cups) - 1 onion - 1 carrot - 1 stick of celery - 1 glass of white wine - Extra virgin olive oil - Salt to taste Optional (to your own taste) *1 bay leaf, 1 clove, few leaves of basil, chilli to taste
